発送に関して
受注後速やかに発送手続きを行います。一週間以上経っても商品が到着しない場合は速やかに連絡いただけますようよろしくお願いいたします。連絡が付かない場合はキャンセルとなります。
配達中の紛失に関して、配達状況の調査依頼まで請け負うことができます。発送後、不在のために保管期間切れで戻ってきた商品は購入者負担で再発送することができます。その際、送料と決済手数料を請求させて頂いてからの再発送となりますことを了承ください。

We ship items as soon as we received payment. Please let me know if you don't receive items after 1 week from payment. As lost items during delivery, we will order searching items. If items return to sender due to no receive, items will not be re-ship to customer unless customer owe shipment fee.
