Hello, I'm Mariana—half Brazilian, half Japanese, living in Tokyo.

By day, I work at a tech company. In my free time, I organize events and seek out authentic art. To me, art is anything a human creates by giving form to their imagination and feelings.

**Why I started Raw Studio:**
My dream is to create a world where everyone is free to be their most authentic self. I believe the beauty of being human is our ability to create and recreate ourselves as many times as we want. I live like this—constantly evolving and exploring. Raw Studio is an extension of that.
Raw Studio exists for three reasons:

To amplify talented, genuine artists I've met along the way
To connect you to items that genuinely elevate your life
To share the joy I feel in curating things that matter

What I don't want:
I don't want you to overspend or buy impulsively. I live a minimalist life myself. Our planet is already overflowing with things, which made me hesitant to start Raw Studio. What I truly hope for is that you feel genuinely happy with your item. And if you change your mind, please explore ways of rehoming it.

I discovered Jadoo during my first trip to Bali in July 2024.
I've never been a girly girl. I don't do my nails often, and I always thought nice jewelry didn't suit my simple lifestyle. But the moment I saw Eva's collection, something shifted. I was mesmerized by how imperfect each piece was—how the stones changed colors, how raw and unique every design felt.
I left with a Citrine necklace and an African Opal ring. After Bali, I traveled across Europe for two months. I didn't have many outfits, but wearing those two pieces always made me feel beautiful. Like myself—even with short nails, no makeup, simple clothes.
