日常的にきものを着たり脱いだり保管したりするのは難しい、でも絹や帯に触れていたい方に。
絹は吸湿性、通気性に優れ、静電気も起きにくく刺激の少ない、肌にやさしい優れた素材です。
美しく、伝統ある日本のきもの、絹が、日々の生活の中で目にすることがどんどん少なくなってきています。きもののままでは手放されていく一方の現状は悲しく、もっと身近に、手に取りやすいところにあってほしいと願って、きものや帯をリメイクする工房を作りました。洋服ばかりの現代の日本の中でも違和感なく、かつ魅力的な作品作りを目指しています。１枚１枚丁寧にほどき、洗っているので、匂いもほとんど気になりません。日本の絹の美しさを知っている方に、ぜひ手に取って愛用していただきたいです。ペット、喫煙者はおりません。

For those who find it difficult to wear, remove, and store kimono in daily life, yet still wish to feel the touch of silk and obi.

Silk is an exceptional material—highly absorbent, breathable, resistant to static electricity, and gentle on the skin with minimal irritation.
Despite its beauty and deep cultural heritage, Japanese kimono and silk are becoming less visible in our everyday lives. It saddens me to see kimono being discarded simply because they are no longer worn. Wanting to keep them closer, in forms that people can easily pick up and enjoy, I created a workshop dedicated to remaking kimono and obi.

My goal is to create pieces that feel natural and appealing even in modern Japan, where Western clothing dominates. Each kimono is carefully taken apart and washed one by one, so there is almost no noticeable odor. I hope that those who appreciate the beauty of Japanese silk will take these items in their hands and use them with love.
