異界TVの電波を受信できるそうです。
でも受信料を払わないでいると、空から集金人が降りてきます。
ところがそれを楽しみにしている困った人もいるそうです。

you can receive signals from Otherworld TV.
But if you don't pay your reception fees, a bill collector
will descend from the sky.
However, it seems there are some troublesome people
who look forward to this.
